Yoga, Zumba®, Les Mills® and more!

From barre to Zumba, you can participate in a variety of classes throughout the semester

Fall 2019 Session | Mon. September 9th - Thurs. December 5th

All classes are taught by certified instructors from the Waukesha YMCA and are free to attend!  Registration required on the IMLEAGUES app for each class using Carroll username and password for log-in.



All classes will be held in the Ganfield Gymnasium (221 N. Barstow) Dance Studio (Upstairs, 201A).

No classes during Fall Break (October 21-22); Thanksgiving Break (November 27-28)

Mondays

Zumba®  |  6-7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Karen Tillis
A Latin dance inspired aerobic workout.  Easy to follow, repetitive dance moves to make you sweat.

Yoga  |  7:15-8:15 p.m.  |  Instructor: Becca Lucarelli
The perfect, peaceful yoga class that moves gently through a hatha yoga flow.  A relaxed, calming class that focuses on holding poses, stretching the body and centering the mind.  No two classes will be the same.

Tuesdays

Zumba®  |  4:45–5:45 p.m.  |  Instructor: Krystle Stingle
A Latin dance inspired aerobic workout. Easy to follow, repetitive dance moves to make you sweat.

STRONG by Zumba®  |  6–7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Lauren Westphal
This class combines High Intensity Interval Training with your own bodyweight. You'll improve muscular endurance, tone and definition moving in sync with music that makes you work harder. Every beat has a move and every move has a beat.

Wednesdays

Circuit Training  |  6–7 p.m.  |  Instructor: Cortney Youngblood
NEW!  Move to different stations to work on agility, power, body weight training, strength, core and cardio conditioning.  A variety of equipment will be used.

Vinyasa Yoga  |  7:15–8:15 p.m.  |  Instructor: Becca Lucarelli
Vinyasa flow is moving meditation, linking breath to movement. The poses flow from one to another. Students will build up heat by working on strength, balance and flexibility. Each week, the class will hear new music and practice different sequences – no two classes will be exactly the same.

Thursdays

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT  |  6-7 p.m.  |  Instructor:  Lauren Janke
NEW!  Les Mills BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Tone your body, develop coordination, speed and agility, burn calories and fuel cardio fitness as you punch and kick your way to superior strength.  Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
