Residence Life and Housing

On-campus living is part of the Pioneer journey—it’s where you’ll make friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. Staying up late, talking, studying and laughing. Binging on Netflix and video games. Challenging your roomies to board game tournaments. Discovering 50 ways to make ramen noodles. From traditional residence halls to suite-style units and apartments, Carroll has the perfect place for you to call home. All full-time students are required to live on campus until attaining senior status, with limited exceptions.*

*To allow for the reduction in the number of spaces available for on-campus living, we will continue to waive the 3-year residency requirement for the 2020-21 school year. Students will still need an approved off-campus housing application if not normally exempt based on having 92 or more credits or living within a 50-mile radius of Carroll University. Email the Office of Residence Life and Housing for more information.
